  color:very pale yellow
  body:medium plus due to sugar
  clarity:clear
  aroma:peach, apricot, a clean soapiness, white flowers, honeysuckle, orange blossom
  tannins:none
  acidity:medium
  palate:honey, honeysuckle, nectar, ripe peach flesh, fleeting lemon curd
  balance: sweet but enough acidity to keep things fairly balanced
  finish:medium at best while not saccharine sweet this is a sweet wine however the acidity does keep this sweetness in check. The finish is fairly short with only the nectar flavor trailing.
