  May have opened too soon. Still acidic and tight when first opened, but softened after 30 minutes. The big change was the next night. Fully opened up and was a fruit bomb with a lush mouthfeel and a smooth finish. Probably could have let this age for another 5 years. But an overflowing wine fridge necessitated some consumption 😁. Another great Pinot from Et Fille!
