Big for a pils. It tastes like an American pils. So massively hopped. They claim it's a classic European Pilsner. Okay. Bitter and sharp which cuts spicey food really well. I like it. Pub draft only, rotating seasonal
Original Gravity: 1.048 Alcohol by Volume: 5.35% Color: Blonde Bitterness: High/Medium
Tasted at the Patio in Palo Alto. Paired REALLY well with buffalo wings.

light golden with heavy head. Nose profuse, aromatic -- some floral/honey notes and pronounced hops. Palate somewhat bitter hops, aggressive hoppy finish with some lager flavor. Somewhat unbalanced and the bitter notes were a detractor but overall enjoyable. 89 pts
