  • Sourced from a plot in Chablis situated at the foot of les Vaillons, this straw-colored Chardonnay drinks closer to its pedigreed neighbor than it does to that of a humble Chablis. Light-to-medium-bodied, crisply acidic, seamlessly alcoholic (12.5%) and with a dollop of oak, it delivers an attractive aromatic package of pit fruits, tangerine, wet stones and white flowers. The flavors mirror the nose and stay solid on the mid-palate. Finishing with good length, this should provide pleasure for another five years or more. Drink now-2025.
