  • 5cm Diem 10 enclosure. Bright gold colour. Immediately clear this has a complex Med(+) intense nose. Grapefruit, vanilla, butter, lemon, apple, orange, apricot, pineapple and even a hint of honey. On the palatte it has a full body and lovely texture but it’s still fresh. Pronounced intensity here and well balanced. Dry (obvs) with medium acidity. I want to add creamy notes and ripe banana. Very decent fruit driven finish.

  • This announces its quality with a 2” cork (aglomerated). Pale gold colour, medium intensity on the nose. Lime, vanilla, apricot, lemon, orange, pineapple and even strawberry. Take a zip, move up some gears. High intensity, full body, stunning length and perfectly balanced pH (med) fruit and oak. Grapefruit and melon appear. Oh, its dry. Drinking really well now, but it’ll develop, so worth hanging onto a bottle if you can.
