Attractive nose. Good, solid fruit on the palate with dark plums and dark cherries. Much less 'sweetness' than in many Argentine examples of this grape. Good to be reminded of more traditional French Malbec. 89
Next day - a sample kept for 24h still showed the fine, mainly plum, fruit but it seemed slightly sweeter and was softer, more subtle, and better balanced. It will be drinking well for some time yet. 89+
