    4-5 days cold marceration.
    Aged 12-18 months in French oak.
    13% Abv.
    Founded in 1988 by Anne-Françoise GROS in Pommard with husband François PARENT.
    Now run by children Caroline and Mathias.
    (Not to be confused with Domaine Anne Gros)

    B(alance)=2: Compact fruit and acid structure. Bit reductive.
    C(omplexity)=2: Dark berries, earth, smoke.
