This pale yellow wine (100% Sauvignon Blanc cool-fermented in stainless steel) is a light-bodied offering that favors the herbal side of the grape. Chervil, bay leaf and verbena aromas are partially balanced by notes of lime and honeydew, but the overall impression leans to the green. Crisply acidic and without alcoholic heat (13.9%), it delivers flavors mirroring the nose but thins on the mid-palate and concludes with a clipped finish. While there are no technical mistakes with this wine, it could definitely use more fruit and stuffing. Drink now-2020.

Acidity, lemon, lime, finishes with some tropical fruit. A-B+. Enjoyable and the price is right.

Tasting pour. Simple stuff. Overpriced. Lemon and subtle spice. Short finish not very much acidity. Easy pass. 82 points
