  [PWS' Vietti Dinner with Luca Currado-Vietti at Bellota] Deep dark ruby with purple rim. Black cherry black raspberry bouquet with hints of earth, blackberry, blackcurrant, chocolate, leather & fully absorbed oak. Medium full plus, vinous, intense, deep, dense & concentrated black fruit flavors with only token signs of secondary nuance development; good grip from fair amount of ripe tannins & velvety extracts with fine acidity in excellent balance; mid palate a tad lean & dry despite substantial rich fruit present underneath. Long gently firm finish.
