  • Revisiting this wine from our last bottle 6 months ago. This PN is light and very easy drinking with light balanced flavors. There are absolutely no disagreeable flavors, but no wow factor either. This would be a great party crowd pleaser. We picked this out to go with another one of Anita's dinner experiments as we try to work in 2 non meat meals a week. The lightness and tastes of this wine went great with our asian flavored quinoa grainbowl topped with crispy tofu and Brussels sprouts.

  • A lighter Pinot Noir in color and flavors. This drinks very silky and elegantly. Bright cherry and wild strawberry fruit, with a touch of mushrooms and loam, and light cinnamon spice. The medium length finish is smooth and light. Paired great with grilled chicken breast and mushroom gravy made with a few ounces of this wine.

Drinking nice now and should improve over the next 5 years.
