Light translucent straw. Abundant scents of chili pepper, green pepper on the nose. Noticeable salinity on the palate, with tastes of bell pepper, tart grapefruit, flint, and balanced minerality. A bit of the sharp acidity was rounded out on day 2, showcasing a lingering fresh floral component. Not bad QPR; that said the '17 was a better drink after being laid down for ~1 year.
