  Bottle was on fire. So good. Less serious and powerful than normal. Light on its feet, crunchy red fruit, complex, spices, cola, herbal notes. Wow

  No note made, but this was quite a serious, dark wine, dark cherry, lots of spice, earth, quite youthful. If this comes together a bit more over the coming years, it will have a few points upside.

  Clear, medium ruby colour. Clean, med+ intense nose of red and black cherry, bramble, juniper, violets, cloves, rosemary, raw liquorice, chalk, blackcurrant leaf, allspice and cream. Still youthful in the nose.
  Dry, high acidity, medium bodied, medium smooth tannins and medium alcohol. Med+ intense flavours of allspice, liquroice, cherry, cranberry, rosemary, juniper, chalk and cream. Medium finish. Let it "Audouze" as it needs some time to unfold.
