Rich and ripe in the Paso Robles style this is a very big Grenache. Color is a medium garnet with a noticeable bricking not all that uncommon for Grenache. Candied cherries and some strawbereon the palate with some interesting savory notes and even some rhubarb blended in. At near 15% these grapes were definitely picked ripe but if you’re a fan of decidedly new world style wines this will make you very happy. The price is definitely fair at about $17

Very smooth and drinkable. Oddly great with chicken noodle soup.
