Surprisingly good. Surprisingly because I don’t know Vaudoisey so didn’t expect much. Red berries, sweet spices, earth, sous-bois and a little beef bouillon. Smells ready. Nice palate full of barely candied red berries, mouthwatering acidity and a little grip on the fine tanins. Good length on this. Really enjoyable.

Wow - this went through a lot of stages. Day 1 after about an hours decant, very funky. Medicinal, farmyard notes - quite difficult. Day 2 - that had all gone - a much better balanced Pinot, good fruit and acidity. Perhaps a little on the thin side?

Coravined a glass. More intensity compared to Bourgogne of the same vintage. Elegant and lifted, with tannins in the background.
