  Though this is unoaked, there's a surprising white chocolate / vanilla note right off the bat. This subsides and leaves a decent Chardonnay with a touch of sweetness and mild fruit salad notes of peach, apple, lemon, and pineapple. There's also some minerality, which along with a faint petrol element adds a bit of complexity to the general fruitiness, and there's adequate acidity for balance and backbone. Overall, it's fine, a serviceable, easy-drinking, versatile white without anything truly distinctive elevating it above its general ilk.
