  • 13% alcohol. Hand harvested and pressed before spontaneous fermentation in steel tanks. Malolactic fermentation and maturation 12 months in 500 liter barrels. About 20% are new barrels. 6 months bottle storage.

Golden light yellow in color. Fresh and elegant aromas with cool yellow fruit, caramel, buttercream, light wood and gentle tones of road dust which adds extra complexity. Medium full bodied and fresh wine with delicate mouthfeel. Pretty fresh fruit with sweet citrus, a little grapefruit, nut, slightly dry wood and a long charming finish that refreshes with both lime and citrus peel. Good saltiness too. Here everything is in place. Not complicated, but the wine has good fruit and acidity that seduce all the way through. Very good wine! 91 points.

  • Quite young and still integrating oak. Decent fruit but hard to judge at moment
