This wine is just amazing. The wine has a palate of crushed rocks, minerals, green grass, white flowers and hints of citrus. A really nice long finish.

Well I was in a cooking mood yesterday so the first course at dinner was a salmon poached in coconut, lime, ginger and garlic sauce which my wife found in one of her keto cookbooks and it happened to be really good and this wine was a perfect match. The wine has a palate of crushed rocks, mineral, white flowers and hints of citrus. A really nice finish.

The opening wine at a Super Premium night for my wine group. This preceded a 2012 Shafer Hillside Select and a 2013 Hundred Acre Few and Far Between. My group was blown away by this wine! I was so happy to find that it WASN'T a Sauvignon Blanc masquerading as a Chardonnay! It was luscious and it was a long way from the NZ and Bordeaux Sauvignon Blancs. But it wasn't over-oaked! A long finish and a big mouthfeel.

Past it’s prime. Was definitely on the decline, nose was slightly off and finish was slightly bitter. Drink up and move to the 19/20’s

Typical Sauvignon Blanc aromas and flavors with a medium body, but not a wine which makes you go, "Wow!" It was enjoyable to drink, nonetheless.
