  • Nose: The nose is deep and nuanced as it slowly opens up and fills the glass with white fruits, pears, apples, crushed rocks, saline, gun flint, lemon peels, citrus, and vanilla notes. This took a bit to unwind and when it did, it was all the things I love about great Chablis.

Taste: The feel is Medium bodied with racy, high acidity. The feel is beautifully balanced and textured while showing great depth with white fruits, pears, apples, crushed rocks, gun flint, lemon peels, and vanilla notes.

Overall: There is so much going on here already. This is a beautiful Chablis that shows off a classic style while possessing a great feel that is backed up by killer length on the finish. I would love to try this with about 10 years on it as there is still plenty of room to grow from this already excellent place.
