  Popped and poured. Served at dinner at home. Dark purple. Anise on the nose. Medium body with good tannins and well-integrated fruit. Tastes of boysenberry and raisins. Medium finish. Would buy again.

  Almost black in color....deep deep color. Big nose dominated by cherry. Rich mouth feel with sour cherry peaking through riding on a mineral base. Very balanced on the palette and beautifully crafted. Long finish with sour gummy bears at the end. This is a monster wine but not a fruit bomb. Outside of my Porto, this is one of the better wines I've had in several years.
