Drank this at Tonny Restaurant tonight with a group of wine enthusiasts.
Colour is golden yellow, with acidity fast fading. Has the predictable petroleum nose and tar profile on the palate. Structure and body still holding up well, with lots of fruits and residue sugar.
An interesting experience on a aged old world white wine.

Domaine Josmeyer (Cellar Door): Darker colour development. Good minerality with a honeyed nose. Oily in the mouth, viscous, honeyed with ripe apricots on the palate. The nose developed a citrus note of limes and preserved lemons. A good food match for Moroccan food.

Lovely off-dry classic alsace riesling with aromas of peach and honey and good balancing acid. Seems to peak now.
Perfect with fresh figs in truffle honey and parma ham.

Fantastic riesling. Loads of petroleum, minerals and very deep. Long after taste, string of apples.
