  • Made from the "Melon Queue Rouge”, a white grape with skin that bleeds towards red as it approaches the stem, this is a classic Jura Blanc. The wine has a deep yellow appearance. It has an assertive nose wafting aromas of hard apple cider, dry sherry and baking spices. On the palate there are evolving layers of flavors that include ripe baked red apples, dry sherry, baking spices, hazlenuts and a touch of toffee. The wine has high acidity with a long finish of lime and sea salt.
