  I’ve been tracking this specific wine since late 2021 and today the caterpillar has emerged as a high flying monarch butterfly.
  A nose redolent of violets and coniferous forest.
  The palate with an hours worth of air is complex and shows waves of licorice root, tar, cola and juicy balanced acidity on the long finish.
  What a difference the extra bottle age has made. So good
