  13.5% alcohol; screw top; fast legs, crystalline lemon yellow; opened and kept in the fridge for 48 hours; tasted at approximately 11 degrees; nose of honeysuckle, white chocolate, Cattleya orchids; full bodied, not especially complex; malolactic secondary fermentation not very prominent; taste of honeysuckle honey, seedless sweet watermelon, citrus, Bartlett pears, tannins intrude near the medium finish; pair with a cheese platter of hard hors d'oeuvres or dessert cheeses like ultra-aged Cheddar, Stilton, Gruyère
