  A dark, deep, glass-staining youthful purple.
  Quite a simple, ordinary nose with blackberry and cherry fruit.
  Lovely palate. Nothing challenging or unusual here, just a really juicy delicious mouthful. But then there's some real depth to this too, and some decent tannic structure. Very mouthfilling, and the leathery mouthfeel combined with the fresh black fruit and some spice linger forever.
  Great value.
