  Slow ox'ed for over an hour. Has a medium ruby-garnet in colour. Nose of red berry skins with fresh tobacco and a hint of green vegies. On the palate, there are peppery red berries ending with some dark green herbs. Medium bodied with a short-medium finish. Bonus for the 12.5% alcohol content.
