Blind, For me a bit too far evolved but still balanced. Creamy, missing a bit of acidity. Alcohol a bit too much to palpable. No hurry to drink it out. 91

Minerality, rock dust and spice. Distant hint of gasoline. Fruit is hiding, it seems slightly tropical but also citrus-like in its profile. Not particularly long, complex or exciting. "Just" a very good dry Pfalz-Riesling, nice and mature. Destined to match tonights' Thai prawn curry.

Rich fruit, sweet, verging on tropical; lovely minerality; very prominent, almost searing, acidity. Impressive component parts but does not really work as a whole, somewhat disjointed. Smoother and more harmonious on the second day. Drink now - 2015.

gele kleur, rijpe neus, geel fruit, ananas, perzik, bloemig, smaak is vol en soepel, veel substantie, veel inhoud, wat dikke wijn, mooie balans, iets restzoet is toch waarneembaar, spannend glas

(Rebholz Siebeldingen Im Sonnenschein Grosses Gewachs) Im Sonnenschein and Kastanienbusch Hanjsorg considers his best vineyards with Im Sonnenschein being the more forwrad while Kastanienbusch always needs time to show well. This had a profound nose that jumped out of the glass. Floral notes mixed with vibrant lime zest on a bed of minerals. Almost frolicking. Already showing wonderful fruit complexity on the palate. Really stops you in your tracks. Incredibly deep yet light as a feather on the palate. Truly power without weight. Filigreed comes to mind. But let us not forget this has fruit and is incredibly juicy. An engrossing wine.

Two cases of Keller Grosse Lagen 2012 plus X (Concept Riesling Düsseldorf): Reminds me more to Chardonnay. A touch too broad and alcoholic. 91
