A leaner style that needs to be served only slightly chilled to show its best. Pear and lime on nose which carries through on first taste. Somewhat watery in nature (this is a good thing versus a heavily oaked Chard), dances across the palette and left with bracing acidity and lemon/lime. If you haven’t opened one already, give this a couple more years.

Fairly tight yet. Would recommend waiting a couple more years

Coravin pour; 40-45 degree; straw colored; light medium bodied; bracing citrus; nice balancing salinity; pleasant finish; great with grilled salmon

This is mainly a seafood wine. Lime, peach, ginger, lots of acidity, long finish. Well made.
