  No notes. Mousse disappeared quite quickly, but also very enjoyable as a (nearly) still wine.

  Very enjoyable and solid. Concentrated with ripe fruits and warmer side citrus notes, nutty and brioche notes, white flowers. Very thin and persistent perlage, nicely fresh though soft and rounded. Pure pleasure!

  Blanc de blancs. La chardonnay procede de 2 parcelas en Ludes y Rilly-la-Montagne y pretende expresar, según su elaborador, la riqueza de la Montaña de Reims con la máxima finura. De color pajizo. La nariz de media intensidad muestra sobre todo un perfil fresco, floral/frutal, incluyendo flor blanca y matices cítricos. En segundo plano aparecen matices más maduros, como frutos secos y algo de bollería. En boca tiene buen ataque, la burbuja en fina y bien integrada, hay sensaciones cítricas y matices minerales, notable frescura y persistencia alta. Dosage: 3 gr/l de azúcar. Consta la fecha de degüelle: 10/2020

  We really need to drink the Huré brothers’ wines more often because every time we revisit them we remember how much pleasure they offer us, in every state of their evolution. This particular bottle, despite being theoretically young, was extremely enjoyable. So much chalk oozed from the bottle ripe from the opening, with gunpowder, and a clear yet elegant oxidative base; it was ripe with fruit such as pears, pineapple, melon, ripe lemons, and grapefruit; aside from the fruit and general density, we also found some raw walnuts, a waxiness, and lots of white flowers.
  We didn’t expect such a strong delivery from this bottle, but it was such a concentrated wine, with such strength and character; the style of these particular producers was also evident, and it’s clear that with time, this wine will go from strength to strength.
