  • Found this to be very good considering it was $9. Surprised me. Would have been happy paying $20, and would buy again. I would guess it has more life ahead as well.

  • This wine is delicious. Opened and poured initial glasses an hour prior to the meal. Oaky, fruity Montepulciano grapes that deliver a big, quality and slightly complex punch; very approachable to most red wine drinkers I would suspect. It paired well with my home made San Marzano tomato sauce. This Montepulciano d'Abruzzo is impressive, especially considering the important QPR. I'd actually rate this very tasty wine higher just based solely on QPR, and it's probably worthy, but I'm keeping it at 90. This would easily be worth twice the pr... Shhh! It is a great everyday wine that can impress the snobby crowd in a pinch for a special occasion. Excuse me while I go search for a case online.

  • I was flabbergasted when I saw the price/value for this delicious wine. It easily could have been mistaken for a wine 2x-3x the price. Fruit forward, hints of oak, and easy drinking. It could easily become an "every day" wine at this price. While not meant for the back of the cellar, I'm glad I have a couple more bottles to give it some more years.

  • Bella...we both loved this wine. We are planning a trip to Tuscany and love to visit this winery.
