I find Potel’s wines to have great transparency. Talk about to soil to glass - this young wine’s nose is rampant with the clay and limestone soil from which the grapes emerged. It presents with real energy. Citrus flavors are conveyed by the rather creamy texture that leaves a heaviness on the finish. But that’s nitpicking for a wine in early development. Yum!
