Solid but unremarkable Cali Chardonnay. Fairly oaky with some bitterness than mostly clears up with air, creamy pina colada type fruit, mild salty mineral, doesn’t show alcohol. Not much complexity and the finish is pretty short but good basic quality. Nothing here to justify the $70 retail (and I prefer a cooler climate for Chardonnay) but for under $20 on winetext it’s a good deal; tastes like an average $30-40 CA estate wine. 6-6.5/10

Members Price of $74. A beautiful base of salted caramel, roasted hazelnut, poached pear and a rich palate, which is complimented nicely with peach and stone fruit.
