Community Tasting Notes (1)

  • Best with an hour+ of air in the bottle. Nice stony/seashell/smoky minerality, together with apple and lemon juice/peel, and some oak that's fairly noticeable but works. Good grippy acidity, and an undercurrent of salinity. Juicy, fairly light in weight but with a bit of silkiness, easy to drink. Straightforward, with good (Chablis-like) typicity; enjoyable and a good value at $18.
