  • Quite deep yellow color. A bit muted at first giving away just green pear and white flowers. It broadens out significantly with time in the glass and rising temperature showing yellow plum, baked yellow apple, sweet orange, peach, honey and fennel seeds.

Rich and creamy mouthfeel. Somewhere around mid-weight with very good intensity to the flavors that is mostly all about ripe yellow fruit. Could’ve used a little more zing to the acidity to balance that ripeness. Lingering and almost peppery finish.

First Pošip for me and it’s an interesting wine for sure. A bit heavy maybe but works well with food. Chicken with lemons and thyme in our case. Worth seeking out!
