Tasted during Caviste, UK, Zoom tasting of Waterkloof wines. Medium Burgundian colour. Menthol nose. Light style, pleasant, but not enough depth and substance for me.

Soft red fruits, touch of carbonic to get soft extraction but not bubblegum and then foot stompping. And then some tense structure on the back of the palate. 42 day of post fermentation maceration. And very tense on the back of the palate.
