  Very golden in color. Aromas of short bread, cracker, dried lemon and hint of sherry. Flavors of shortbread, lemon pie, hint of vanilla and touch of mineral. Ends with a 15-20 second finish with pie crust and mineral notes. The structure is there but the wine is a bit past it’s prime. Interesting to drink and no premox.
