At steak house Gaucho Tower Bridge, London. Ripe dark fruit, dark plum, chocolate, coffee, vanilla, spices and graphite, with just enough acidity, ripe tannin and notable heat from the alcohol. The ripe, medium- to full-bodied wine had a creamy mouthfeel and good length, the tannin was ripe and fine, the alcohol, however, was totally off-balance. 88(-)
