    from a 1.4 ha parcel in Vigna Sarmassa (commune of Barolo) at 250 m
    with southern exposure, marly soil, and vines planted in 1951 and 2000.
    Manual harvest.
    ~10-day traditional fermentation in steel tanks
    with soft frequent remounting of the must. Malolactic.
    Aged 12 months in big French oak casks of 1.500 –3.000 L.
    14.5% Abv. ~10,000 bottles.
    Proprietors: Silvana Molino and spouse Piercarlo Bergadano

    A(ccuray)=2: Med ruby/garnet. Robust enticing varietal.
    B(alance)=3: Ripe fruit with vibrant acid structure.
    C(omplexity)=2: Dark berries, tobacco, mocha.
    D(epth)=1: Round mouthfeel. Average length and finish.
