  • Balanced, enjoyable and very well-made, this cuvée is drinking beautifully now but given its ever-vibrant acidity, I am curious to see how it will evolve with just a bit more cellaring.
    Aromas: apricot, brioche, green apple, toasted almond, vanilla, hint of hay
    Flavors: apricot, hay, lemon, wet stones, vanilla, hint of saltiness
