Let it breath a bit and it really blossomed, expressive scents of anise and cherry, medium bodied, minerally, balanced, dry, earthy palate, shows more mineral than fruit, has taken on secondary characteristics of dried red berry, flowers and cacao, nuanced and really nice now, will hold up well, clean and focused, in a nice spot now

Medium body and very good acid that seemed to gain intensity with air. Understated but ripe cherry fruit, augmented by tart red berries. Bright cherry seeps into the long finish. The stony minerality is a testament to how terroir-driven this wine is. You cannot help but sense the compelling character of the land in it.

ruby red, opens with nice aromatics of strawberry, wet gravel and cherry, crunchy red berries, plum and mineral make up an accessible and pleasing palate, round, juicy, alive and energetic, drinking excellently now, had with brie and crackers on a hot afternoon but in a cool air conditioned room

Garnet. Shy nose of dark berry fruit, stems, roses. Pure clear fruit on the palate with a lovely sour salty note, lovely concentration of astringent sweet acids on the back with sweet tannic base.

This exceeded my expectations. Rich and dark, some earthiness in my the mid palate, balanced and evolving in the glass. Very happy with this one.
