Community Tasting Notes (1)

  • Bought for lunch at a local bistro for 30e. Only Wine-searcher Pro listing is Danish for 26e. Good value in the restaurant? Darkish red; fresh red fruit nose, some cranberry; fruity in a good way, good mouthfeel. Tasty and "mouth watering", not quite delicious. My evaluation: I've stopped giving scores on a "100-point scale" as I've become less convinced that they can be meaningful to others. I use a 4-category scale (perhaps with +/-)--not including flawed--which runs outstanding/notable/drinkable/poor. I considered this notable- when considering quality, age, and restaurant price.
