  Opened, decanted for sediment and poured immediately. Didn’t need much time to open up. Certainly in its drinking window. Hints of licorice and Cedar on the nose. A fabulous example of lamborn that I believe will hold for at least a few more years. It did not improve much in the two hours it was drank over dinner.
