Peach, ripe green apples, minerality and a slightly saline finish. A well balanced sugar and acid level. It’s mind bogglingly good. A very different take on Chardonnay — at first we thought there’d been a mistake as it was much more reminiscent of a Pinot Blanc. Day 2-3 turns into a more creamy version. Very good. I wouldn’t say that there’s more upside from cellaring.

Another great and seductive wine from this producer, just love her wines, so delicate and different.
