Pear and melon, wet stones, some herbal notes underneath. Age has given it some weight, but it's still has vibrant, bright fruit due to good acidity. I will admit that Pinot Gris isn't my favorite, but if more OR Pinot Gris tasted like this, I'd certainly buy more. Great food wine. This was a library release direct from the winery with a front line retail price of $18. I agree with another taster who says wouldn't hang onto it for too long, but there's also no rush to drink this up. Solid wine, great value, great summer food wine.

Watermelon jolly rancher, lime, almond and some wet stone in the middle, nice pucker from the good acidity on the finish, good length... yum. Pinot Gris might just be my favorite Willamette bang-for-the-buck grape.

Great Pinot Gris, dry and slightly acidic, this 2015 seems to have come on its own. Perfect for summer and srafood. Great QPR compares to other Oregon Pinot Gris. Not sure if I would lay this down for the long haul, but no rush to drink up at this point.

Another bottle: as before, watermelon up front, lime, wet stone on the core, finishes with a tasty lick of acidity. Yum!
