Purple-garnet. Cherry and plum on the nose, becomes a little prune-like on the palate, with light oak, and a somewhat excessive sweetness. I'll cook with this.
Reduce with honey, soy sauce, white pepper, and garlic powder and drizzle over Brussels sprouts.

nose: medium cabernet sauvignon fruit with slight oak; palette: more fruit than oak, still a little heavy on the oak, over all a smooth transition too
