Sunday wines and not wines (Chicago, IL): Like all Hill Farmstead, awesome. The nose is tropical with a distinct pineapple character, but also with some floral/honeyed things and a delicate amount of hops. Acidic, but fully balanced. I love the purity and acid here; this is really beer as it should be.

"Let's spend all our money on grape juice" (Chicago, IL): Tropical and exotic on the nose, with some lychee and other spicy things. Overall the most complex of the three Hill Farmsteads, but I found the acidity on the palate a little more prominent again here. Lots to like here, but I slightly preferred the Arthur for the more rounded texture.
