$4 at Trader Joe's. Deep straw color. Medium bodied and dry. Lemon, lime, apple..some mineral and salinity as well. Alcohol medium, acidity high. Better with food.

Cooking wine. Very pale, almost colorless; highly aromatic, herbal with some fennel, citrus pith, honeysuckle; medium bodied, grassy, herbal, medium-plus fresh acidity, fades through the midpalate; short finish. A surprisingly savory and herbal wine, similar in character to the 2017. 83
