{cork, 13%} The fruit here is a little anonymous, to be frank. It's just vague blackness, not too sweet, but not really exciting. Nicely made, with quite fine if vigorous bubbles. Gentle tannins, as befitting the style. Medium weight, short/medium finish. It's OK, but if you want to win friends over to the eccentric Oz sparkling red style of wine you need something a bit more forceful and interesting than this. Other than that, OK.

Not a bad Australia Day BBQ lunch drink. Not swee,t a little sharp but refreshing.
If you like sparkling Shiraz, this is a good one to consider. Good price point too.

Delicious sparkling Shiraz as always - not too sweet, touch of earth among the berries
