Next to Steve Edmunds's Bone-Jolly, this is my favorite American Gamay. Bright red fruit with moderate acidity and a clean finish give it a food-friendly character yet also make it suitable as an aperitif. Not likely to be mistaken for a Cru Beaujolais but still a very appealing rendition of the grape.

A bright pop of fruity cherry and pomegranate on the nose. Peony, citrus, bay leaf, white pepper, and a slight reductive quality to the finish. Light ruby, med+ acid, medium alcohol.
