The apperience of the wine was pale ruby with a Garnet rim. On the nose a pronounced intensity of aromas of Dried Strawberries, Cherry, Dried Violets, Prune, Raspberry and aromas of Farmyard and hints of Muchroom. The development was developing. On the palate, the sweetness was dry, with a high acidity and medium tannins. Coherently the alcohol was medium with a medium(-) body and a medium flavor intensity. The aromas on the palate where: Dried Strawberries, Cherry, Violets, Prune, Raspberry and aromas of Farmyard and hints of Muchroom. All rounded with a medium(-) finish. In conclusion the wine was a outstanding expression of a Pinot Noir, it can enjoyed from now until 2022.

Lunch at Olivier Leflaive II (Olivier Leflaive Le Restaurant (Puligny-Montrachet)): Simple, fruity red, showing good PN character. Nothing exciting (so, very similar to yesterday).
