Nearly 3 years later: Flavors are as before, acidity seems a bit diminished. One bottle left, might as well keep that another 5 years and see what WV Riesling does after a decade.

Nearly identical notes to last year, obviously still young, with lovely honeyed notes of citrus, green tea, and apple skin. Racy palate but perhaps a bit more sap to a year ago. Good stuff

Green apple, lime, good minerality, touch of stone fruit (white peach), floral, a little petrol in the finish. Good acidity, but definitely a leaner style and it's pretty tight when opened. Should age nicely, and I hope it will round out with some time. It seems like it's similar in style to their Chardonnays, but I think the house style is less successful with Riesling. But I'm glad I have other bottles of it, and I'll likely buy it next vintage.

Very tasty with spicy Thai food. A bit sweet for my palate on its own.

All green: Tart apple, lime, grass. Wet stone in the core and bright acidity towards the finish. Fairly linear, and it's a really fun line.
